Basic instructions:  

Once you’ve deployed the Managed App, WordPress is configured and ready to launch out of the box. To access and find the IP address for your WordPress instance, click on the Managed Resource Group, and select the Virtual Machine to obtain the VM’s external IP Address. Once the VM instance starts, access WordPress via the following: "http://publicDNS" or "http://azureIP".
