01. Application and recruiter screen
The beginning of our application process is the same for all our roles. We want to know something about you through casual conversation.
02. First round interview
We like to communicate with people who believe that they will change the situation. At this stage, the interview will help us both decide whether there is mutual interest.
03. Task or challenge
real-life situations. Whether it is passing a technical test, participating in a role-playing game, or preparing a presentation to solve a problem
04. Final interview and proposal
Once you've met the team and we've met, it's time for both of us to decide if we're right.
